The Embassy wishes to inform the general public that with effect from 1st July, 2007, payment and processing of Visa and Passport applications must be made online through the E-Immigration Platform (www.immigration.gov.ng).

COMMENCEMENT OF THE ISSUANCE OF NEW STANDARD E-PASSPORT

 

The Embassy of Nigeria is pleased to inform Nigerians in the Netherlands that the Embassy has started processing and issuance of the new standard e-passport. Nigerians are therefore advised to start the process of applying for the new e-passport by visiting the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) website at (www.immigration.gov.ng). and follow the procedures stipulated.

Upon completion of the application process for e-passport online through the www.immigration.gov.ng and having paid and printed out the duly completed application form as well as NIS e-receipt or acknowledgement slip, the applicant should proceed to the Embassy for enrolment.
