The Embassy wishes to inform the general public that with effect from 1st July, 2007, payment and processing of Visa and Passport applications must be made online through the E-Immigration Platform (www.immigration.gov.ng).

All Admin Fees for Visa or Passport/Renunciation of Citizenship /Penalty Fees for lost or damaged passport should be paid into the ING Bank Account NO. 5926202

All Visa payment should be made ONLINE via the link provided by Nigerian Immigration Service [See Link]

NOTE: that all applicants without old,loss,damage or re-issue passport must pay Non Refundable 250 Euros Penalty fees into ING Bank Account NO. 5926202♦

REQUIREMENTS FOR RE-ISSUE OF E-PASSPORT (e-passport loss, damage or expiration)

Applicants must submit the following documents:-

i. Duly completed passport application form;

ii. Acknowledgement slip and NIS payment receipt;

iii. Receipt of payment of Euro 40, administrative fee paid into

Embassy’s ING Bank Account NO. 5926202 .

In case of loss of e-passport a penalty fees of Euro 250 is to be paid into

Embassy’s ING BANK and receipt presented;

i. Two recent passport size photographs;

ii. Guarantor’s form filled by a Nigerian who must be of age and holder of a Nigerian standard passport.

iii. Photocopy of the data page of guarantor’s passport as well as guarantors’ driver’s license or I.D card/Resident permit;

iv. Parent’s letter of consent for minors under 16 years;

v. A police report in case of loss of e-passport; and

In case of expired or damaged e-passport, it must be submitted for cancellation without prejudice (where applicable).
