The Embassy wishes to inform the general public that with effect from 1st July, 2007, payment and processing of Visa and Passport applications must be made online through the E-Immigration Platform (www.immigration.gov.ng).

PLEASE, READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION !

THIS IS TO INFORM THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT EMBASSY OF NIGERIA IN THE HAGUE HAS SUSPENDED ENROLLMENT/ISSUANCE OF NIGERIAN PASSPORT DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.

WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. YOU SHALL BE DULY INFORMED WHEN THE SITUATION IS NORMALISED.

This is to inform the general public that :

1. Visa collection is now Five days (5days) from the day of submission of application form at 4.00 pm.Visa Forms that are not fully Completed, Signed and Dated, or with Incomplete Requirements and Supporting Documents will not be Accepted .

2. Application for PASSPORT can only be       submitted for Enrollment by Appointment Only, from 4th November,2013. Please, kindly call 0703501703 between 14.30pm to 16.00pm Monday  through Friday.

3. Also, NIS Visa fee must be paid Online [See Link]  and any payment made into Embassy ABN AMRO ACCOUNT  will no longer be entertained.

4. Applicants for Renunciation of Nigerian Citizenship can only submit applications Wednesdays and Fridays only from 10.00am to 12.30pm

NOTE: that all passport applicants under the categories below:

(a) All fresh passport applicants (b) loss passport © damage passport  must pay Non Refundable 250 Euros Penalty fees into ING Bank Account NO. 5926202 .♦

As a pre-condition for collection of the e-passport, the old passport  must be surrendered to the Embassy  for cancellation.

 

All Admin Fees for Visa or Passport/Renunciation of Citizenship /Penalty Fees for lost or damaged passport should be paid into the ING Bank Account NO. 5926202

Visa application forms can be submitted online on the embassy website   Visa Application Form. Application form  for  visas can be submitted on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays between 10.00 am and 12.30 pm except otherwise stated by the consular officer.

We aim to process each visa application within a target period but we cannot guarantee that your visa application will be completed within this time. The unique circumstances of each individual case may result in longer decision times.

Processing times are given in working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note: Our published visa processing times is within 5 days depends on the visa type and some exceptions may apply where necessary. Submission of Passport for Visa and application form are only received on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10.00am to 12.30pm.

 Please adhere strictly to this rule as any excuse will not be entertained by official at the Consular Service

You can apply for your visa within three months of your intended date of travel. We are only able to post-date visas by a maximum of three months from the date of the decision on your visa application. You can enter the Nigeria anytime after your visa issue date but not before. 

We strongly advise applicants not to confirm their travel arrangements to go to  Nigeria until they have received their visa.

We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the Nigeria, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your visa. We do not accept responsibility for any financial loss and we do not fast-track applications solely due to planned date of travel.

THIS IS TO INFORM THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA HAS DECLARED WEDNESDAY, 1ST OCTOBER,2014 AS PUBLIC HOLIDAY TO MARK NIGERIA’S 54TH INDEPENDENCE ANNIVERSARY.

2. EQUALLY, MONDAY 6TH AND TUESDAY 7TH OCTOBER,2014 HAVE ALSO BEEN DECLARED AS PUBLIC HOLIDAYS IN COMMEMORATION OF EID-EL-KABIR CELEBRATION.

3. NORMAL WORK RESUMES ON WEDNESDAY ,8TH OCTOBER,2014.
